AAU 2011 “IOF” Age Divisions:    

  • Schoolboy: Born in 1997 & 1998
  • Novice: Born in 1999 & 2000
  • Midget: Born in 2001 & 2002
  • Bantam: Born in 2003 & 2004
  • Tot: Born in 2005 & since
  • Wrestlers must be in 8th grade or below and Florida residents.

 

Style: Folkstyle                        Weigh-in:   Friday, Jan 27 6:00-7:30pm

Saturday, Jan 28th 7:00-8:00am

 

Entry Fee:  $20/entry             AAU Card:  Requiredaausports.org

 

 

·         Wrestlers must have a current AAU card to compete.

·         Weigh-in closes promptly at 8:00 AM on Saturday with no exceptions.

·         Pay when you arrive and weigh in.  No 2nd entries permitted.

·         No weight class changes will be permitted after weigh in.

·         Wrestling will begin at 9:30AM and run on 5 mats until tournament is completed.

·         Standard IOF bracketing rules, wrestlers are guaranteed 2 matches if there are enough wrestlers in their weight class.

·         Awards will be provided to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place finishers in each weight class.

Go to www.manateewrestling.com and pre-register.  Pre-payment is not required.  Pay when you arrive and weigh-in.  Pre-registration allows us to pre-bracket wrestlers and have weight classes posted when you arrive.  No 2nd entries are permitted for this tournament.  If you do not have access to the Internet, your entry can be phoned or faxed in to 941-794-2220.  Registration closes at 9 AM on Friday, January 27th.

 

Buy Your AAU Card via the Internet

 

You will not be able to buy your AAU card at the event.  You must buy it on-line.  Go to www.aausports.org and buy your card on-line.  You will be able to print it immediately and have your card.  You must have a card to pre-register and weigh-in on Saturday.
